Kleiman Estate Says Craig Wright is Not Paying and Decided to Bring Him to Trial Again

Craig Wright, the man who claims to be Satoshi the bitcoin creator was ordered from the court of Florida months ago to pay Kleiman estate half of the jointly owned bitcoins.

A document was listed in court on 1 November 2019 that says that Wright is unable to pay IRA KLEIMAN, (the personal representative of the Estate of David Kleiman) half the “1,000,000 bitcoins” that Craig claims to have mined at the beginning days of the bitcoin network.

“On October 30, without any advance notice, Plaintiffs were informed Craig could no longer finance the settlement and was “breaking” the non-binding settlement agreement. To that end, Plaintiffs began shifting back into preparing for trial (with much lost time).” Said Kleiman in a motion directed to the Court of Florida.

Craig Wright already told the court in June that he is unable to access his 1 million bitcoin neither provide the addresses where those bitcoins are stored.

He was in court because Ira Kleiman claims that Craig stole Dave Kleiman bitcoins but Craig claims that Dave was responsible to store their bitcoins jointly in order to protect Craig’s identity as the anonymous Satoshi Nakamoto, the bitcoin creator.

“I brought in Dave because he was a friend and he knew who I was and he was a forensic expert, and I wanted to wipe everything I had to do with Bitcoin from the public record.” Said Wright.

On the other side, the estate claims that Craig Wright forged many documents after Dave Kleiman’s death in 2013 in order to have sole ownership over the jointly owned bitcoins.

It is unclear what will happen with Mr. Wright now that he had failed to comply with a court order which in many cases is punishable by incarceration.

On the other side, Craig Wright says that he is playing 4D chess and it will be interesting to see his next move. He also promised that he will sink bitcoin, However, there is an old proverb saying that “barking dog never bites”, so nothing to worry.

However, in order to prove he is Satoshi, Wright can simply sign a message with the genesis key, but since he tries other hard ways with much effort to prove he is Satoshi is simply because he can not prove it by the simple way.

And when someone tries the hard way instead of the simple way to prove something it is because he can not do it in the simple way.
