Opera browser has added support of Bitcoin payments directly from their Android browser App.
Making the announcement today Opera included that the new functions added in the last update will allow Android users to send and receive bitcoin transactions directly from the Operas’ built-in cryptocurrency wallet.
The project aims to build a trading platform and is supported, among others by billionaire VC fund Tim Draper.
An additional cryptocurrency Opera added support is TRON. While ETH has been added since December 2018.
Opera launched in June update for their iOS App adding a cryptocurrency walled for the iOS user.
Opera aims to bring more adoption in the crypto world opening a gateway for crypto payments, the new trending technology that will disrupt the slow and expensive traditional payments.
