The coming hard fork on Bitcoin Cash (BCH) blockchain’s that is scheduled for November risks to split the chain into two competing chains. Cobra, a controversial figure who hands Bitcoin.org might be the savior of the BCH network future.

In a medium post, he announced the Cobra Client Hard Fork proposing an upgrade of the Bitcoin Cash Protocol, which comes in response to the proposed changes by the developers of ABC and nChain which he called  “mostly non-important and non-urgent changes”.

Also in a tweet he stated:

“This time last year the Bitcoin community defeated: BITMAIN, ViaBTC, Bitfury, + other miners adding up to >80% hashrate, Jeff Garzik, Gavin Andresen, Coinbase, BitPay, Xapo, Blockchain, venture capitalists, etc. Bitcoin Cash now struggles with a greater opponent: Craig Wright.”

Jihan Wu, the Bitmain CEO, accused Craig Wright aka “Faketoshi” to be a “Blockstream spy”. Wu also commented about the fork, stating:

“The whole BCH community are working together to kick Fake Satoshi out. The resisitence against cult leader proves the inner strength and sophistication of the BCH ecosystem!”

Craig Wright claims to be Satoshi and this claim is reflected also in the last email sent to Roger Ver  the Bitcoin.com CEO, where he states:

“Bitcoin will die before ABC shits on it. I will see BCH trade at 0 for a few hours. Will you? Side with ABC, you hate Bitcoin, you are my enemy. You have fucking no idea what that means. I AM Satoshi.”

Meanwhile, memes started appearing on Twitter, here it is a poster making fun with what is happening at Bitcoin Cash.

The creator of Litecoin (LTC), Charlie Lee said:

Bitcoin Satoshi Vision is the real Bitcoin Cash. Karma’s a BCH. 😂

In an update about the price, Alistair Milne posted a screenshot showing ABC up by 9% and SV down by 47%.

Meanwhile, the Bitcoin Cash drama continues the community is keeping a close eye on mining pools for the hash power vote. The BCH split seems inevitable despite the proposed upgrades.
